Anyone order a venom shot of "balls to the wall' Rock n roll...

MERCHANDISE

Hearing L.A. COBRA for the first time you may get the idea that these guys are veteran Sleaze rockers with a string of 80's top 10 rock hits and well versed in the glam rock lifestyle, but would you believe me if I told you that these 4 hard rockers only formed the band in 2005 in Pretoria, South Africa?  The band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Don Cobra, Slade on lead guitar, Ewil on bass guitar and Callie The Animal on drums. These guys are bringing unfiltered, carnal 80's rock n roll into the 21st Century and they are not planning on slowing down anytime soon.

Influenced by 80s greats like Mötley Crüe, Guns & Roses, KISS, WASP, Skid Row and Def Leppard, L.A. Cobra deliver a full on rock n roll assault with songs like their 2017 hit "Shotgun Slinger" and 2010's "Back Roads", classic 80's rock harmonies and larger than life guitar solos are perfectly executed to invoke a raw rock emotion that we have been starved of for so long.

The band have played numerous festivals across South Africa and also performed with some of the biggest rock bands in the world and recently got signed to the International label Golden Robot Records under the Crusader Records flag, L.A. Cobra joins the Golden Robot Records family amongst a long list of the best that the music industry has to offer, including L.A. Guns, Hardcore Superstar, Wildstreet, Toxic Rose, Gilby Clarke, Phil X, and many more. The band was also scheduled to be one of the opening acts for Judas Priest on their 2019 "Firepower" world tour which was unfortunately cancelled on the 99th hour, however the band have kept themselves busy and are currently working on their 4th studio album slated for release later on in the year with the title and album art yet to be revealed.

L.A. Cobra released their third studio album “Shotgun Slinger” in 2017 which was produced, mixed and mastered by Swedish Rockstar Martin Sweet of Crashdïet, Sister and Sweet Creature and delivers the same headbanging perfection you would expect from a Poison or Steel Panther album. "Shotgun Slinger" was entirely crowd funded from fans all around the world.

Almost every song cements the longing for a open air, 12-hour rock festival with a beer in one hand and the other raised to the sky in rock euphoria with the thunderous bass pounding through your chest. L.A. Cobra are bringing back an era of music where song writing told a story and band members showcased their talents through face melting guitar solos and and earth shattering drumming, a style of music that has been lost in recent years thanks to the excessive use of auto tuning and lifeless lyrics.

"Shotgun Slinger" is a "must Have" playlist album with many of the albums songs already added to the Rock Arena's 2021 Hard Rock spotify playlist

L.A. Cobra will be part of the HARD POWER UNITED - Beneficent Worldwide Hard Rock online Festival held on April 18th, 2021, which will be a 3 hour long rock festival free to view via their YOUTUBE channel.

These guys don't just sing rock n roll they Live it! We can easily picture them sitting in a corner booth of the famous Rainbow bar & grill on on LA's sunset strip knocking back drinks with the rock n roll greats surrounded by hot women in ripped jeans, tight shirts and teased hairstyles.
